The Ivy Group was recently mentioned in a news article on the need for community input as part of a New Jersey library's efforts to plan for the future. In November 2011, we joined Bernards Public Libary in Bernards Township, NJ in the development of a strategic plan to guide the library through the next three years.

The finished process will have incorporated multiple planning meetings, Trustee surveys, community leadership interviews, a random telephone survey of the community, a town forum and the development of the strategic plan.
