Camden County Library System (NJ)

The Ivy Group conducted a telephone survey of 600 residents in the Camden Library System's service area to gather information that will be used for a new strategic planning and marketing campaign.  The study organized feedback from non-library users and from residents of areas in which library services are under-utilized.
